1. General By visiting our store and purchasing from us, you agree to the following terms and conditions. Please read them carefully before placing an order. These terms apply to all users of the site, including browsers, customers, and merchants.
2. Products We reserve the right to limit the sales of our products to any person, geographic region, or jurisdiction. All product descriptions, images, and prices are subject to change at any time without notice. We have made every effort to display product colors and prints as accurately as possible; however, we cannot guarantee your screen's display will be perfectly accurate. Please note that Ankara prints may vary slightly from photos shown due to fabric pattern placement, ensuring every piece is one of a kind.
3. Pricing & Payment All prices are listed in USD. We reserve the right to change prices at any time. Payment must be received in full before any order is processed or shipped. We accept all major credit cards and payment methods available at checkout.
4. Orders & Cancellations By placing an order, you are making an offer to purchase. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order at any time for reasons including product availability, errors in product or pricing information, or suspected fraud.
- Orders may be cancelled within 24 hours of purchase for a full refund
- After 24 hours, cancellations are not guaranteed as your order may already be in production or processing
- Custom and personalized orders (including monogram items) are final sale once production has begun and cannot be cancelled, returned, or exchanged
5. Shipping We are not responsible for delays caused by carriers, customs, or circumstances beyond our control. Shipping times are estimates only and are not guaranteed. Risk of loss and title for items purchased pass to you upon delivery to the carrier.
6. Returns & Refunds
- You have 7 days from the date of delivery to request a return
- Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in original condition with all tags attached
- Custom and personalized items are final sale and not eligible for return or exchange
- Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item arrived damaged or incorrect
- Refunds will be processed within 5-7 business days of receiving the returned item
- We reserve the right to deny returns that do not meet our conditions
7. Intellectual Property All content on this site, including text, graphics, logos, images, and product designs, is the property of our store and may not be reproduced, duplicated, or used without express written permission.
8. Accuracy of Information We are not responsible if information on this site is not accurate, complete, or current. The material on this site is provided for general information only and should not be relied upon as the sole basis for making decisions.
