1. Order Processing All orders are processed within 2-5 business days after payment is confirmed. Orders are not processed or shipped on weekends or public holidays. If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, processing may be delayed by a few additional days. You will receive an email notification with tracking information once your order has shipped.


2. Shipping Rates & Delivery Times Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your location and order weight. Estimated delivery times are as follows:

  • Domestic (United States): 10-20 business days
  • International: 10-20 business days depending on destination and customs

Please note these are estimates only and are not guaranteed. Delays may occur due to carrier issues, weather, or customs processing.


3. Custom & Made-to-Order Items Items that are custom made or personalized (such as our monogram Boubou) may require additional production time of 5-10 business days before shipping. This will be noted on the product page. Total delivery time for custom orders should be calculated as production time plus shipping time.


4. Order Tracking Once your order has shipped you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number. You can use this number to track your order directly on the carrier's website. Please allow up to 48 hours for tracking information to update after you receive your shipping confirmation.


5. International Shipping We ship worldwide. International customers are responsible for all customs duties, import taxes, and fees charged by their country. These charges are not included in your order total and are collected by your local customs authority. We are not responsible for delays caused by customs processing.


6. Incorrect Shipping Address Please ensure your shipping address is correct before placing your order. We are not responsible for orders shipped to an incorrect address provided by the customer. If you realize your address is wrong, contact us immediately at your store email. We will do our best to make changes but cannot guarantee updates once the order is in processing.


7. Lost or Stolen Packages We are not responsible for lost or stolen packages once they have been marked as delivered by the carrier. If your package is lost in transit, please contact us and we will work with the carrier to resolve the issue. Claims for lost packages must be made within 30 days of the expected delivery date.


8. Damaged Items If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the damage and your order number. We will review your claim and arrange a replacement or refund where appropriate.
