Cancellation policy

Order Cancellations (Before Shipping)

  • Customers can cancel their order within 24 hours of purchase for a full refund
  • After 24 hours, cancellations are not guaranteed as orders may already be in processing
  • To cancel, customers must contact us directly via email or your store's contact page

Returns & Refunds (After Delivery)

  • Customers have 7 days after delivery to request a return
  • Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in original condition with tags still attached
  • The customer pays return shipping unless the item arrived damaged or incorrect
  • Refunds are issued within 5-7 business days of receiving the returned item
  • Store credit can be offered as an alternative to a full refund

Custom & Personalized Orders 

  • Custom and personalized orders are final sale; no cancellations, returns, or exchanges once production has begun
