Cancellation policy
Order Cancellations (Before Shipping)
- Customers can cancel their order within 24 hours of purchase for a full refund
- After 24 hours, cancellations are not guaranteed as orders may already be in processing
- To cancel, customers must contact us directly via email or your store's contact page
Returns & Refunds (After Delivery)
- Customers have 7 days after delivery to request a return
- Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in original condition with tags still attached
- The customer pays return shipping unless the item arrived damaged or incorrect
- Refunds are issued within 5-7 business days of receiving the returned item
- Store credit can be offered as an alternative to a full refund

- Custom and personalized orders are final sale; no cancellations, returns, or exchanges once production has begun
