Return & Refund Policy

1. Overview We want you to love your purchase. If you are not completely satisfied, we are here to help. Please read our policy carefully before making a purchase, as different item types have different return eligibility.


2. Standard Items Return Eligibility We accept returns on standard (non-custom) items under the following conditions:

  • A return request is made within 7Β days of delivery
  • Item is unworn, unwashed, and unaltered
  • The item is in its original condition with all tags still attached
  • The item is returned in its original packaging where possible

Items that do not meet these conditions will not be accepted and will be sent back to the customer.


3. Custom & Personalized Items All custom and personalized orders, including but not limited to our Monogram Boubou and any made-to-order pieces, are final sale and are not eligible for return, exchange, or refund unless the item arrives damaged or defective due to our error.

If your custom item arrives with a defect or error on our part, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos and your order number. We will arrange a replacement at no additional cost to you.


4. Non-Returnable Items The following items cannot be returned under any circumstances:

  • Custom and personalized orders
  • Items marked as final sale at the time of purchase
  • Items that have been worn, washed, or altered
  • Items without original tags attached

5. How to Start a Return To initiate a return, please follow these steps:

  1. Contact us through our store's contact page within 14 days of delivery
  2. Include your order number, the item you wish to return, and the reason for your return
  3. Wait for our team to approve your return request and send you return instructions
  4. Ship the item back using a trackable shipping method

Please do not send items back without first receiving approval from our team, as unapproved returns will not be accepted.


6. Return Shipping Costs

  • If the return is due to a defect, damage, or our error, we cover return shipping
  • If the return is due to change of mind, sizing, or personal preference, the customer is responsible for return shipping costs
  • We recommend using a trackable shipping service, as we are not responsible for items lost in return transit

7. Refunds Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved:

  • Refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 5-7 business days
  • Depending on your bank or card provider, it may take additional time for the refund to appear in your account
  • Original shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error

8. Exchanges We do not offer direct exchanges at this time. If you would like a different size or print, please return your original item for a refund and place a new order.


9. Store Credit If you prefer, we are happy to issue store credit instead of a refund. Store credit does not expire and can be used on any future purchase.


10. Late or Missing Refunds If you have not received your refund within 7 business days of our confirmation, please do the following:

  1. Check your bank account again
  2. Contact your credit card company, as processing times vary
  3. If you have done both and still have not received your refund, contact us through our store's contact page

11. Contact Us For all return and refund inquiries, please contact us through our store's contact page and include your order number for the fastest response. We aim to respond to all inquiries within 1-2 business days.
